Terms and Conditions
My process

Choose the type of service: Portrait, Character Design, or Book Illustration

Discuss details: drawing size, color preference, reference images, book pages (for books), estimated delivery time

Sketch

Approve sketch (up to 2 revisions)

Payment: 50%
-
Illustration
-
Approve illustration (up to 1 revision)
- Payment: remaining 50%
- Delivery of the illustration in PNG and PSD

Keep in mind

I’ll contact you via email or Instagram 1 time per week with an update, so you can tell me if there’s something you would like to be changed.

I only work with RGB colors.

All my illustrations are digital and have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.

The final price may increase if you require big changes after the sketch is approved.

It takes about 1 day to do 1 sketch.

It takes about 3 days to do 1 illustration.

In the case of a double-page spread, for pricing, it counts as 2 illustrations.

Payment

For people living in Portugal, I accept payment through bank transfer.

I only accept payment through Paypal, in EUROS (€) for the rest of the world.

After the sketch is approved, you must pay at least half of the final price before I continue to do the illustrations.

I will only deliver the final illustrations after the full payment.

Refund policy

I will only refund until the sketch stage. After I started the illustrations, I won't make a refund.

There are no refunds for finished illustrations.​​
