Terms and Conditions
My process

Choose the type of service: Portrait, Character Design, or Book Illustration.

Let's discuss some details: drawing size, color preference, reference images, book pages (for books), estimated delivery time.

Get a quote! Pay 50% upfront or, in case of a book illustration, pay the sketch upfront.

It's time to sketch!

Let me know if you approve the sketch before continuing (up to 2 revisions).

Payment: the remaining 50% or, in case of a book illustration, 50% of the quote.

It's time to illustrate!

Approve the illustration (up to 1 revision).
- In case of a book illustration, pay the remaining 50%.
- Get your illustration via email in JPEG file (if you want it in another file format, let me know).
Keep in mind

I’ll contact you via email or Instagram 1 time per week with an update, so you can tell me if there’s something you would like to be changed.

I only work with RGB colors.

All my illustrations are digital and have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.

The final price may increase if you require big changes after the sketch is approved.

It takes about 5 business days to do 1 sketch.

It takes about 10 business days to do 1 illustration.
-
For book illustrations, it can take about 1 to 3 months to complete the project.

In the case of a double-page spread, for pricing, it counts as 2 illustrations.
Payment

For people living in Portugal, I accept payment through bank transfer.

I only accept payment through Paypal, in EUROS (€) for the rest of the world.

You must pay at least half of the final price before I start working. After the sketch is approved, you must pay the remaining, before I continue to do the illustrations.

I will only deliver the final illustrations after the full payment.
Refund policy

I will only refund until the sketch stage. After I start the illustrations, I can no longer refund the full price. Once the illustrations are done, refunds are no longer available.

There are no refunds for finished illustrations.
